Miley Cyrus has been involved in some pretty sketch rummors lately. Miley Cyrus’ myspace pictures, Miley Cyrus is pregnant, Miley Cyrus drunk, and so on and so forth. However, I’m not inclined to believe these rumors. I mean who wouldn’t trip at some point in 5 inch heels? Miley Cyrus has been working hard in the studio and taking quick breaks only to get food. It looks like girl here doesn’t even stop to get ‘pretty’.Disney actress and teen sensation Miley Cyrus arrived on the red carpet for Grammys for her presenting duties. Looking cute, as always, the Hannah Montana star made one of the most noted entrances of the evening – wearing a beautiful dress and matching Sergio accessories.This year is the 50th Grammy Awards ceremony, and it is expected to be the biggest music event of the year. Some of the talent lined-up to perform at this year’s event includes Kanye West, Amy Winehouse, John Mayer, and BeBe Winans. With Amy Winehouse performing live via satellite link from rehab in London, anything under the sun is possible tonight.Kanye West leads all nominees with 8 Grammy nominations, and is expected to win big tonight by many insiders. As the past few years have proven, having live awards shows always makes for an interesting evening.
